I just had the best spring salad here at home. Kale, baby spinach, mushrooms, green peppers, strawberries, avocado, feta cheese, fresh rosemary, fresh thyme, roasted garlic hummus, a side of flat bread crackers, topped with light blue cheese vinaigrette. Oh, and a few sliced olive. I am stuffed and it was delish. #healthyeating #springsalads #healthandwellness #greens #freshfoods #healthylunch
